Property Management ServicesDWM is good. Consistent, accurate, reliable. And when we have non-routine matters to address, DWM handles them competently. Five-star excellence, I think, requires contact, communication and customer relationships beyond the times when issues arise. For example, I don't know if I have an "account manager" who is responsible for my overall satisfaction. I'm only contacted when an issue arises. DWM is a good four-star but not a five-star.

The owner thinks the world of Nicole, and I can see why. She treats the house as if it is her own, she takes pride in what she does, works well within what the owner is willing to do, and seems to proactively communicate tenants rights to avoid conflict. As a former homeowner, I would absolutely trust Nicole to manage my home. As a new renter I feel like I have a partner in Nicole who will make sure the house is well maintained and cared for, which is best for all parties involved.
