Do I need Renter’s Insurance?
Yes. All of our tenants are required to maintain renters insurance throughout the duration of the tenancy. -
Do you accept pets?
This varies depending on the property you are interested in. We advertise each property with the owners chosen pet policy. If you have questions about a specific property please call us. -
Do you offer rent to own homes?
Yes. Some owners are open to this option. Please call us directly if you are interested in a lease to own option on one of our properties. -
How can I pay my rent?
You can pay rent through your online tenant portal system. You can set up automatic monthly payments, or manually pay each month. You can also drop rent off at our office during business hours or leave your rent check in our after-hours /weekend drop slot. -
How do I apply to rent a home?
Please call our office to set an appointment to view the property you are interested in. Upon viewing the property, you can receive an application from our Leasing Agent. We also have online applications available for submission through our website. -
How much is the application fee?
Application fee is $30.00 per applicant. -
I did not have a pet when I moved in. May I have one now?
If you would like to submit a pet request at your rental please contact your property manager. Your manager will need to speak with the property owner and if they agree we will require you to sign a pet addendum and submit a $500.00 pet deposit per pet. -
What is the standard lease period?
Generally our leases are for 12 months. We do have a few properties that have different terms and will be specified under the advertised property details. -
When is rent due?
Rent is due by the 1st of the month. Late fees will be charged to your account if you pay after the 4th of the month. -
Who do I call in case of a maintenance emergency?
If there is a maintenance emergency during normal business hours please call our office line to speak with your property manager. Outside of normal office hours, we do have a 24 hour emergency system that will answer all of our calls live. -
Who has to sign the lease?
Everyone 18 or over living in the property must sign the lease. -
Who must complete an application and what are the requirements?
All adults age 18 and over must complete and submit a separate application. The income requirement is 2.5 times the monthly rent and we require a credit score of 600 or above.
