Preparing for Cool Weather

Yes, technically it’s still the beginning of Fall, but it is never to early to start preparing for winter. While we are still experience 90 degree weather in the bay area, it is never too early to start preparing your homes for cooler temperatures. Getting a jump on seasonal preparations will also reduce the likelihood of being caught unprepared by an early winter storm.

  1. Adjust your sprinklers
  2. Check heaters and fireplaces
  3. Check windows for cracks and check roof for leaks 
    4. **Your Property Manager should be scheduling annual roof and gutter cleaning inspections in the next few months
