We recommend that all of our tenants take advantage of this because it can end up saving you money! The initial inspection allows the property manager to walk through the property with you prior to your move out and point out items that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, giving you as a tenant the opportunity to fix it with a vendor of your choice so you are not charged out of your security deposit.
